| Change and growth Organisations have to grow, develop, change, adapt, not just to survive, but to maximise success. Newgrange Consultants work with clients who are undergoing significant change and development. For some this is the challenge of the initial start up of a business, venture, service or organisation. For others it's shaping a fledging business so that it can move confidently to the next stage. An organisation may have reached a significant milestone, such as moving from the development phase to market penetration, moving from local markets to international operations, or floating as a quoted company. Help may be prudent prior to, or shortly after acquisition of a new business or subsidiary. Other clients are established businesses facing significant market changes or new opportunities. Success always depends on the capabilities, commitment and decisions of people, who work both as individual specialists and as part of a team. Ensuring that each person is able to give their best involves matching their abilities to the tasks at hand, recognising their contribution and ensuring they can see a future for and with the organisation. This may involve defining specific roles, removing boundaries between individuals' responsibilities roles, creating motivation and reward, or equipping the team or the individuals. |
