Coaching is coming of age. It is moving on from being the latest fad, understood by few but practised by many. It is now becoming a powerful tool for personal development and a significant contributor to organisations’ success.

The Newgrange Consultants methodology for coaching aligns the ambitions and values of the individual with those of the organisation. It helps people progress from following direct instruction and task management to making a rounded professional contribution to their organisation.
