The Newgrange Consultants Performance Management and Professional Development model has a framework that enables us to ensure that the appraisal of people’s performance is linked directly to the goals of the business. The Newgrange Consultants Total Reward framework provides guidance on the makeup of base packages, annual performance reward mechanisms and longer term incentive plans. We test the veracity of links between your business performance measures, performance appraisal and reward decisions. We advise when it is appropriate to refine your existing compensation and incentive plans, and when to launch new models. Examples of applications include:
