Project Delivery
We use project management tools to manage our assignments. We share project plans and define measurable delivery outcomes with you. Our project methodology is based on the following principles:
- Data gathering, analysis and diagnosis: We conduct a holistic assessment of your needs at the outset of the project. We share our analysis with you in order to test assumptions and confirm objectives. We continue to gather and monitor data throughout the assignment.
- Performance based best practice models: Our inputs are based on best practice, tailored to your business goals. We use critical success factor analysis (CSF’s) to ensure focus, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure progress.
- Implementation and Delivery: We provide active and expert support to ensure implementation is successful. Our consultants bring a wealth senior experience and practical knowledge to coach your team and embed change.
- Integration: Sustainable change comes when performance measures are set, monitored and integrated into the senior management agenda. We show you how to achieve the focus required to maintain progress and benefits of organisation wide experiential learning.
Interim Management
In some situations, the most effective support we can deliver is through embedding one or more of our team into your organisation for a fixed period of time. We have experience of working in interim management roles, and have business processes to support such assignments.
